Our Criteria
We seek out businesses with an operating profit of between $5 - $20 million p.a. and/or exceptional revenue growth. We look for business with exceptional management in an industry that is experiencing strong tail winds. Our investment can assist businesses through succession planning, pre IPO funding, organic and acquisition expansion, management buy-outs/buy-ins or public-to-private transition.
Our Approach
We take a collaborative approach to investing, both with the business we invest in, as well as with our investment partners. We seek to develop strong relationships with founders and managers to deliver value and growth. We always aim to provide support to management where we can add or introduce value, without encroaching on any managers day to day operational expertise. Our investment approach is flexible, we invest both directly, or co-invest and will take either a minority or majority interest.

The Maths classroom as it should be. Maths Pathway supports teachers to have a greater impact in the classroom using personalised learning for each student.
Maths Pathway is re-imagining the way students are taught in schools by offering an end-to-end in-school teaching system, supported by a comprehensive SaaS platform, implementation consultants, and teacher training programs.
Unitas Healthcare
Unitas Healthcare is a Melbourne-based healthcare operator established to provide quality healthcare for local communities around Australia through a portfolio of healthcare assets.
The first healthcare asset in the Unitas Healthcare portfolio is the Sunshine Private Hospital co-located with the Sunshine Public Hospital in Melbourne's west. Opening in February 2023, the state-of-art $140 million, six-storey medical facility includes a 30 bed (growing to 120 beds) medical and surgical ward with four high dependency beds, a 21 bed dedicated private mental health inpatient unit, four integrated operating theatres and an endoscopy suite. The mental health facility will focus on the treatment of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorders including inpatient and outpatient support programs.

In Dec '20 Ansarada listed on the ASX (AND.AX) and Belay Capital sold the majority of its holding.
